A mix of the fun, casual WeWork aesthetic and elevated, executive presence of Hines’ new development, this 50,000 sqft co-working fit-out drew inspiration from the iconic Bank of America Building to ground this project in its Houston context. With the majority of Hines’ building leased to four major corporations, our WeWork space represents the only opportunity for a small or mid-sized company to experience working in the city’s newest office tower. The main lounge was situated to overlook the building’s elevated garden. Other features include an executive board room, pool table, communal panties, and large offices designed as “suites” to easily provide private amenity for enterprise clients, as is common in the Houston market.
